REFUND POLICY

WOLFTAC DIGITAL REFUND POLICY

At Wolftac Digital, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients. We understand the trust you place in us, and our primary goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction.

1. Initial Consultation Refunds: If after your initial consultation, you feel our services aren't the right fit for your needs, please notify us within 24 hours for a full refund.

2. Service Refunds: If you're unsatisfied with any service rendered, please reach out to our team within 14 days of project delivery. We'll work with you to make necessary revisions or adjustments. If after revisions you're still not satisfied, we will refund 50% of the service cost.

3. Monthly Subscription Services: For monthly subscription services, you can cancel anytime. If you wish to request a refund, please do so within the first 7 days of the start of your subscription month. Refunds will be prorated based on the services rendered.

4. Non-refundable: Any ad spends, third-party services, or tools procured on behalf of the client are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Refund Process: All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction within 10-15 business days. Contact your account manager to start the process.

6. Feedback: While not mandatory, we appreciate any feedback or reasons for the refund request to help us continually improve our offerings.
