1. Who we are

Wolftac Digital is an AI product studio and automation operator. The principal is Jonathan Morales. These terms apply to the wolftacdigital.com website. By accessing the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.

2. What this site is

This site is a marketing and portfolio surface. It describes our services, showcases case studies, and publishes field notes. Nothing on this site is a binding offer of service, a representation of current availability, or a guarantee of outcomes. Pricing, scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined only in a signed proposal or statement of work.

3. Using the site

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the site or its infrastructure (including scraping that degrades availability, denial-of-service attempts, or probing for vulnerabilities).
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what’s publicly shipped to your browser.
• Use the site, its content, or any extracted material to train a machine-learning model, generate derivative content, or assemble a competing marketing surface without our written permission.
• Impersonate Wolftac Digital or misrepresent any affiliation with us.

4. Intellectual property

The design, copy, code, logos, and imagery on this site are owned by Wolftac Digital (or licensed to us) and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share individual pages for personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, republish, or build a commercial offering on top of our content without prior written consent.

Short quotations with attribution and a link back to the source page are fine under fair use. If in doubt, email us.

5. Client work & engagements

Paid engagements — audits, automation sprints, application builds, retainers — are governed by a separate written agreement. That agreement prevails over anything on this page. Until a proposal or statement of work is signed by both parties, nothing on this site creates an obligation to perform, deliver, or reserve capacity.

6. Third-party links & services

The site may link to third-party tools, case study subjects, or reference material. We don’t control those destinations and we aren’t responsible for their content, terms, or security practices.

7. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no representation that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. Case studies describe past engagements; they are not a prediction of outcomes for anyone else.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolftac Digital and its principal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability for claims arising from use of this website is limited to USD $100.

Liability arising out of a signed client engagement is governed by that engagement’s contract — not this page.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Wolftac Digital harmless from any claim arising out of (a) your violation of these terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (c) your misuse of the site.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms when material changes happen. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute not resolved through good-faith discussion will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
